NEAT + WATER Officially Files Provisional Patent and Begins Prototype Development

NEAT + WATER is proud to announce a major milestone in the company’s journey toward sustainable water innovation: the official filing of its provisional patent and the beginning of prototype development.

The project focuses on advanced desalination and water purification technology designed to help address some of the world’s growing water challenges, including saltwater conversion, microplastic contamination, and access to clean drinking water.

As global freshwater shortages continue to affect communities around the world, NEAT + WATER aims to develop modern solutions that combine efficiency, sustainability, and scalable engineering. The system is being designed to process ocean water through advanced filtration methods, including reverse osmosis technologies capable of removing salt, contaminants, and microscopic pollutants.

Moving From Concept to Reality

With the provisional patent now officially filed, NEAT + WATER is entering its next phase: building the first working prototype.

This stage of development will focus on:

  • Engineering the first functional system

  • Testing water purification efficiency

  • Evaluating energy consumption and sustainability

  • Improving filtration performance for microplastics and contaminants

  • Exploring scalable applications for residential, commercial, and humanitarian use

The prototype represents the transition from vision to physical innovation and marks the beginning of hands-on development and testing.

A Mission for Sustainable Water Access

NEAT + WATER was created with the belief that access to clean water is one of the defining challenges of the future. Rising populations, pollution, droughts, and climate-related water shortages continue to increase pressure on global water systems.

The company’s long-term mission is to contribute to a future where advanced desalination and purification technologies become more accessible, efficient, and environmentally responsible.

Looking Ahead

The filing of the provisional patent is only the first step in a larger journey. NEAT + WATER is now preparing for research collaborations, engineering partnerships, prototype testing, and future investment opportunities to help accelerate development.

As the project moves forward, updates on prototype progress, testing, and future milestones will be shared through the company’s website and social media platforms.

NEAT + WATER is excited to begin this next chapter and continue working toward innovative solutions for the future of clean water.
